What is Meditation? Training your thoughts in a focused, quiet way. There are many ways to meditate.  You can bring your attention to your breath, sensations of your body, sounds, sights, tastes, thoughts and feelings.   

Why for Kids? Mindfulness Meditation brings awareness to the constantly changing thoughts, emotions and sensations kid's experience. With this awareness they have more space to choose how they respond. Children's use of mindfulness brings peace, calm, focus and the ability to respond in a healthy way, instead of reacting uncontrollably. When children can name it, they can tame it!
